Multi-tier Warehousing Rack

　　　　The multi-tier warehousing rack is a kind of rack suitable for storing many types of articles, which can fully utilize the warehousing height and better take advantage of warehousing space.
　　Introduction
　　In the multi-tier rack system, the middle-sized shelf or heavy-duty shelf is usually used as the main support and upper floor plate (the type of rack is determined according to the total load of the rack unit), and the cold rolled steel floor plate, the riffled iron floor plate or the steel grating floor plate is usually used as the floor plate. In recent years, the cold rolled steel floor plate is mostly used, which has the advantages of high bearing capacity, good integrality, good bearing uniformity, high precision, smooth surface and easy locking, etc. There are many types of racks for selection, and the rack is easy to match with the lighting system, and is convenient to store, deliver and mange. The load on each layer of unit rack is usually within 500 kg, the floor spacing is usually between 2.2 m and 2.7 m, and the rack height on the top layer is about 2 m, giving full consideration to the operation convenience of the workers.
　　Manufacturing Technique
　　The multi-tier rack is classified into middle-sized multi-tier rack and heavy-duty multi-tier rack.
　　Middle-sized multi-tier rack: the basic structure of the rack adopts the upright column of the middle-sized rack. The special floor plate for the multi-tier rack is used as the rack floor plate, and adopts the interlocking structure. The special-specification beam supporting link is erected under the floor plate.
　　The specification for the upright column of the middle-sized multi-tier rack is 55×55×1.5mm or 80*60*1.8mm    special rack upright column section bar. The upright column of the middle-sized multi-tier rack is formed by decoiling the high quality strip steel, rolling by the automatic mill, punching holes by the punch press and then cutting off according to the customer designated height. The upright column bracket and the connecting beam are formed by bending the high quality cold plate and punching holes.

　　Degreasing, deoiling→water scrubbing→acid pickling→water scrubbing→parkerising→drying
　　1. Deoiling----Deoil with alkali for saponification reaction to hydrolyze the grease.
　　Water scrubbing----remove the working solution on the surface
　　2. Acid pickling----rust removal! Rust is basic oxide (ferric oxide), and acid pickling is actually the neutralization reaction between alkali and acid.
　　Water scrubbing----remove the working solution on the surface
　　3. Parkerising----provide protection for metal, and prevent the metal from being corroded to some extent; used for priming before spraying to improve the adhesive force of the molding powder and the corrosion resistance.
　　4. Isothermal curing
　　Structure
　　The specification for the upright column of the heavy-duty multi-tier rack is 80×60×2.0mm special upright column section bar. The upright column of the heavy-duty multi-tier rack is formed by decoiling the high quality strip steel, rolling by the automatic mill, punching holes by the punch press and then cutting off according to the customer designated height. The beam adopts the cold rolled P-shaped closed beam and has three specifications: 50×30, 64×40 and 80×50. The upright column is a kind of standard product produced for the rack in the cold bending industry. After purchase, blanking is performed according to the customer size, and the special column grasps for connection are welded and then polished to form the semi-finished product.
