　　1 Characteristics

　　The cantilever rack belongs to the warehousing racks, adopts the special section upright columns, is equipped with the high strength cantilever, and is suitable for storing various long and circular materials, sheet materials, irregular materials, etc. The protrusive cantilever can be single sided or double sided and has the characteristics of light structure and good loading capacity, and the single cantilever can load up to 1000 kg. The special reinforced upright column structure can bear the pressure of 2000 to 3000 kg. The back strut is designed to increase the overall stability of the rack, is easy to install and has complete accessories. The combined structure and the special section upright column are provided, the back strut is designed to increase the stability, the high strength cantilever is equipped (the cantilever can be single sided or double sided), and the cantilever rack has light structure, good loading capacity and high space utilization rate; after the shelf is increased, the cantilever rack is particularly suitable for the warehouses with small space and low height, being convenient to manage and having wide vision. Fabricated with square pipes: for the cantilever rack, based on the corresponding layer bearing requirements of the cantilever, the square pipes meeting the layer bearing requirements are firstly selected to be cut into the required sizes, the antiskid protecting board is welded at one end, and the U-shaped upright column connecting piece is connected by welding at the other end to form the cantilever rack.

Fabricated with C-shaped steel: for the cantilever rack, based on the corresponding layer bearing requirements of the cantilever, the specification of C-shaped steel is firstly selected, then two sheets of C-shaped steel are butt-welded, then the antiskid protecting board is welded at one end, and the U-shaped upright column connecting piece is connected by welding at the other end.

　　For the cantilever rack, the uprights are connected through the connecting rod which is usually fabricated with the rectangular tubes. To increase safety and stability, the flat bar back strut is added on the connecting rod, and the special puller can be used to tightly fix the upright.

　　3. All components of the cantilever rack are semi-finished products after the completion production, and will be sprayed in the last process. Before spraying, blasting is performed for oil and rust removal by the shot blasting machine, and then spraying is performed. Packaging is performed for delivery after completion.

　　The upright column is formed by butt-welding two cold rolled C-shaped section bars face to face, two rows of holes are punched on the upright column, and the hole pitch is 140 (50) mm, so the cantilever beam is hanged on the upright column to vertically adjust the layer height of each layer. The length of the cantilever rack can be arbitrarily combined. The customer can specially instruct whether the cantilever end requires tip. The tip can be classified into welded tip and plug-in tip.
